For in-store purchases, we allow a 14-day window from when the purchase was made. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must have the original receipt and the item must be unworn and in new condition.
For online purchases, we offer free returns/exchanges and allow a 14-day window from the delivery date. Please send an email to inquiry@pulse-atx.com and please make sure to include your order number in the subject line. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unworn and in new condition.
